I recently purchased some pipes from this company's website. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed quickly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. 😕 The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and I felt like my questions weren't fully addressed. On the bright side, the quality of the pipes is good, and the delivery was on time. Overall, it was an average experience for me. I hope they can work on improving their customer service to make the experience better for future customers.
