The yoga classes at yoga.gd are excellent! The instructors are experienced and guide the practice with expertise. I appreciate how they focus on alignment and provide modifications for different levels of practitioners. The studio is clean and inviting, creating a soothing environment for yoga practice. I highly recommend their classes!
