I recently booked a vacation through the company and had an okay experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of destinations, but I found the booking process to be a bit slow and cumbersome. The customer service was satisfactory, although I did have to wait a while on hold to speak to a representative. The vacation itself was enjoyable, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, but not necessarily luxurious. The itinerary provided was helpful, but some of the activities were underwhelming. Overall, it was an average experience. I would consider using this company again, but I would also be open to exploring other options for my next vacation.
