General Engines Co. is an average company. Their products are okay, but nothing special. I've used their engines for a few years, and they've been reliable so far. However, I have noticed that their customer service could be improved. It takes a long time to reach a representative, and sometimes the response is not very helpful. Overall, I would say they are a decent company to work with, but there is room for improvement.
