As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to stay at a cheese and wine suites in Lisbon. The experience was average overall. The location of the suites was convenient, close to various attractions and public transportation. The room itself was clean and comfortable, albeit a bit smaller than I had anticipated. The highlight of the stay was the complimentary wine tasting and cheese platter. It was a nice touch to have a selection of local wines and cheeses to enjoy. However, the customer service was underwhelming. The staff seemed indifferent and not very helpful when it came to providing information about the area or recommendations for restaurants. Additionally, the website could have been more user-friendly, as it was difficult to find specific information about the amenities. Overall, it was an average experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and website functionality.
