During my visit to the local public library, I had a mixed experience. The website interface (saginaw.tx.us) was user-friendly, but the library seemed crowded and noisy. Despite that, the staff was helpful and assisted me in finding the books I needed. I hope they can improve the atmosphere inside the library to make it a more enjoyable and peaceful place for reading and studying.
