The experience I had with Bites technology was average. The website was easy to navigate and the design was pleasing to the eye. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the responses were not very helpful. Overall, I would say that Bites technology is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
