I have been using the services of Tekon-technical consultants, inc. for the past year and I must say they have been average. The quality of their work is not exceptional but it gets the job done. The team is knowledgeable and responsive, but they lack attention to detail. They have helped us solve a few technical issues but there is definitely room for improvement. Overall, an average experience.
