Promet s.a. is an average company. I have had both good and bad experiences with their services. The customer support can be quite slow at times, but they always manage to resolve my issues eventually. Their products are of decent quality and usually meet my expectations. However, there is room for improvement in terms of delivery time. Overall, I would rate them as average.
