My experience with Xacus s.r.l. has been decent so far. The website is easy to navigate, and ordering was straightforward. However, the product quality was just average, and the sizing was not consistent. The customer service team was responsive in addressing my concerns, but it took some back-and-forth. The shipping was timely, and the packaging was adequate. Overall, an okay experience.
