I have been a customer of the Intl city/county mgt...

I have been a customer of the Intl city/county mgt assn (icma) & fl city and county mgt assn (fccma) for several years now, and I must say their services are simply average. They provide the basic support and information that one would expect from such an organization. However, I feel that there is definitely room for improvement. The website could be more user-friendly and the customer service could be more responsive. Overall, it's an okay experience.
