I have been going to a Pilates studio in Brazil for a while now and I must say the experience has been great. The instructors are very knowledgeable and provide clear instructions throughout the class, helping me to improve my technique. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch. I highly recommend it!
