Great experience with Shotokan karate-do international federation. The instructors are very knowledgeable and patient. They create a positive learning environment and provide individual attention to each student. The training sessions are well-structured and challenging. I have seen a significant improvement in my technique and overall fitness since joining. Highly recommended!
