I recently used Halo travel limited for my vacation and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was simple. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. The agent I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed disinterested. Overall, the trip went smoothly but I expected better service.
