The service provided by Priority 1 Air Rescue was overall average. The response time was decent, but the communication could have been better. The helicopter used for the rescue mission seemed dated and could use an upgrade. The crew was professional and competent, but not overly friendly. Overall, I would say they get the job done, but there's definitely room for improvement.
