Being a customer of Yetu microfinance bank plc has been a mixed experience for me. While the staff is generally helpful, there have been instances where I faced delays in getting my queries resolved. The interest rates are competitive, but I feel that there should be more transparency in how they calculate interest. The online banking platform is convenient, but it could be more user-friendly. Overall, I would rate my experience with Yetu microfinance bank plc as satisfactory.
