I had a mixed experience with Atlántida capital s.a. Overall, I would rate them as average. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, there were certain areas where they could definitely improve. The website design was outdated and not very user-friendly. It was difficult to navigate and find the necessary information. On the positive side, their customer support was prompt and helpful in resolving my queries. However, I believe that Atlántida capital s.a. needs to work on enhancing their overall customer experience.
