I recently purchased a sofa from their website and overall, it was an average experience. The delivery was on time, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. However, the quality of the sofa was not as high as I had hoped for the price I paid. The material seemed a bit cheap, and the cushions lost their shape fairly quickly. On the positive side, the design options were great, and the website was easy to navigate. I appreciate the prompt delivery and the pleasant customer service, but I expected better quality for the price. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, but for now, I'm a little underwhelmed by the overall experience.
