I recently had the opportunity to work with a law firm that specializes in solving complex legal issues and I must say, my experience was average. The firm's website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their areas of expertise. The team at the firm seemed knowledgeable and was able to answer my initial questions in a professional manner. However, I found the overall communication with the firm to be just satisfactory. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, which was frustrating. Additionally, their pricing structure was somewhat unclear, and I felt that the fees were slightly higher than expected. While I appreciate the effort put forth by them to assist me, I would say that my experience with this firm was just average.
