As a frequent traveler, I recently had the opportunity to use the services of this travel company. I must say, I had an average experience overall. The website, escapetotravel.com, was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of travel options. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a significant amount of time to get a response to my inquiries, and even then, the answers provided were not always helpful or clear. Additionally, I encountered some issues with my booking, which were not resolved efficiently. On the positive side, the prices offered were competitive and the travel arrangements were adequate. While my experience wasn't exceptional, it was average. I would consider using this company again, but I would also explore other options in the future.
