I recently had the opportunity to work with a company in the field of acoustics, and overall, my experience with them was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their products and services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. It took quite a while for them to get back to me regarding my inquiries and it was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the product I purchased from them was of decent quality and met my expectations. The installation process was smooth and the technicians were knowledgeable and professional. Overall, while my experience was not exceptional, it was satisfactory.
