I recently visited a wellness resort and had a mixed experience. While the facilities were nice and the staff was friendly, the food options were limited and not very impressive. The spa treatments were average, and the fitness classes were not as engaging as I had hoped. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more from a wellness resort.
