I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using the services of On the Tools for quite some time now. Overall, my experience has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the information is organized well. However, I have encountered some issues with the customer support team. There were times when my inquiries were not handled properly and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. I hope they can improve their support services in the future.
