I have been a customer of Bots electronics for several years now and I can say that their products are of average quality. They have a wide range of electronics to choose from, but some of them lack the necessary durability. Their customer service is good enough, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would rate Bots electronics as average.
