My experience with Genesis Search Group was disappointing. Initially, things seemed positive, but as the recruitment process progressed, I felt neglected. The lack of communication and follow-up was frustrating. It took a long time to get any updates, and I ended up finding a job independently. I believe the company needs to improve its customer service and responsiveness.
