I recently used this company's services for the installation of washroom systems in my office. Overall, my experience was average. The company's website was informative and well-designed, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the communication and customer service could have been improved. I found it difficult to get timely responses to my inquiries and there was a lack of proactive communication from the company throughout the process. The installation itself was completed adequately, but there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed afterwards. The company did send technicians to fix the problems promptly, but I expected better quality control during the initial installation. While the end result met our requirements, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail.
