I recently used this design and construction consultant for a home renovation project. Overall, the experience was average. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate, providing information about their services and previous projects. However, communication with the company was lacking at times. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of the project. The quality of work was satisfactory, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. While the staff was friendly and professional, there were instances where deadlines were not met, causing delays in the overall timeline. The pricing was fair, but not exceptional. In terms of customer service, I found it to be average, as some of my concerns were not fully addressed. If you are looking for a decent design and construction consultant, they might be worth considering, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
