I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using the services of Cogistix for quite some time now. Overall, my experience with Cogistix has been average. The customer service is good, but the delivery time can be improved. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, there have been a few instances where my orders were delayed. I hope Cogistix takes steps to improve their delivery process.
