I recently had dinner at Dos Paladares Negros and it was a delightful experience. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented. The Blackened Salmon with Mango Salsa was the highlight of the meal, the combination of flavors was exquisite. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout the evening.
