I recently used the services of this company and found their process to be somewhat lacking in efficiency. While the website offered some helpful information, the overall experience with customer service was underwhelming. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my application, and the responsiveness was not up to par with other companies I have dealt with in the past. Additionally, the website navigation could use some improvement to make it easier for clients to find the information they need. However, once my application was finally processed, the terms offered were competitive. Despite these drawbacks, there is potential for improvement if they prioritize enhancing their customer service experience and streamlining their communication process.
