I am a customer of the Carleton County Animal Shelter and I must say they do an average job. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I feel like they could do more to improve the overall cleanliness and organization of the shelter. It would also be great if they had more programs and events to promote pet adoption. I hope to see some positive changes in the future.
