I had a mixed experience with Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa). While some aspects of their services were good, others left a lot to be desired. The customer support was responsive and helpful, which was a positive aspect. However, I found their website to be confusing and difficult to navigate. Additionally, the information provided on the website was not always accurate or up-to-date. Overall, my experience with NZa was average.
