I recently used the services of a recruitment company for a temporary job. Although I had a decent experience, there were a few shortcomings. The company's website was informative and well-designed. However, the communication from the company was not up to the mark. It would have been better if they were more prompt in responding to queries. Nonetheless, the overall experience was satisfactory.
