I recently signed up for insurance with this company. 🏡 The process was fairly straightforward, and the website was easy to navigate. 🌐 However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. When I had questions, it took a while to get a response, and I didn't feel like my concerns were always addressed. On the positive side, the coverage options were decent and the premiums were competitive. Overall, it's an average experience for me. I hope to see improvements in customer service in the future.
