I recently had the opportunity to try out a new online wholesale food supplier and I must say, their service was average. Although their website was easy to navigate and their product selection was decent, there were a few drawbacks. Firstly, the shipping time took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, when my order arrived, I noticed that some of the items were not as fresh as I had hoped. The customer service was satisfactory, but I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness. Overall, my experience with this online wholesale food company was average. I will probably try out some other options before deciding if I want to continue using their services.
