The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. I liked how they showcased their product range and provided detailed descriptions. The overall design was clean and modern. 😊 However, I found the customer service to be below par. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. 🙁 The delivery of my order was also delayed, and there was no clear communication about it. 😕 On the positive side, the products I received were of good quality and matched the description on the website. 👍 Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement in customer service and communication. 💬
