I recently engaged with this company to help improve my business metrics, and while their website looked promising, I found the actual service to be average at best. The communication was decent, but I was hoping for more proactive updates on the progress of my project. The final deliverables met the basic requirements but lacked the depth and insight I was expecting. The pricing was reasonable, but I couldn't shake the feeling that I could have received a better value elsewhere. Overall, my experience was okay, but I feel there is room for improvement in terms of delivering a more impactful and personalized service to their clients.
