As a customer of this credit union, I found the website to be user-friendly and informative. However, I was disappointed with the lack of transparency in some of the fees and rates. The customer service was average, and I felt that more personalized attention could have been given to my specific financial needs. The online banking experience was convenient, but I encountered some technical issues which were frustrating. The range of financial products and services offered was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement. Overall, my experience with the company was average, and while there were some positive aspects, there were also areas that left me wanting more.
