I recently ordered some tube packaging from this company and I had a decent experience overall. The website was user-friendly, making it easy for me to browse through their products. The packaging itself was of good quality and served its purpose well. I appreciated the variety of sizes available, giving me options to choose from. However, there were a few hiccups along the way. Firstly, the delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Secondly, when I reached out to the customer service team with a query, it took them quite some time to respond. Despite these minor inconveniences, I was satisfied with the product and the overall experience. If they improve on their communication and delivery time, it would definitely enhance the customer experience. 😊
