I have been renting from Re/max professional rental management for the past 2 years and I must say it has been an average experience. The company has been responsive to my maintenance requests and has resolved issues in a timely manner. However, there have been a few instances where there was a lack of communication from their end, which was frustrating. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
