I have been with Flores insurance group, llc for quite some time now and I have had a mixed experience. While their rates are reasonable, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It often takes them a long time to respond to queries and there have been instances where my claims took longer than expected to get processed. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5.
