I've been practicing yoga for a while, and Surya Yoga is by far one of the best studios I've ever been to. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and provide clear instructions throughout the classes. The studio space is clean and welcoming, and the overall ambiance is peaceful. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to practice yoga in a supportive and uplifting environment.
