I have been a customer of Cenco-zotti s.a for a few years now, and I must say their service is average at best. The quality of their products is decent, but their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I have had several issues with my orders, and it always takes them forever to respond and resolve the problems. Overall, I would say they are just an okay company to do business with.
