As a customer, my experience with the company was average. The website was easy to navigate and find the products I was looking for. However, I was not impressed with the customer service. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and their responses were not very helpful. The delivery process was also slower than expected. On the positive side, the quality of the products I purchased was satisfactory. They were as described and met my expectations. Overall, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and delivery efficiency. Despite these issues, I would still consider ordering from them in the future, giving them a chance to enhance their services.
