I had a mixed experience with Southern Management Consultants (SMCS India). While the customer service was excellent and the staff was professional and knowledgeable, I felt that the company lacked innovation and creativity in their solutions. The overall quality of their services was average, but there is definitely room for improvement. With a few tweaks and enhancements, SMCS India can become a great consulting firm.
