I recently purchased bearings from this company and found their website to be fairly user-friendly. However, I was disappointed by the limited range of products available. While the customer service was satisfactory, the overall experience left much to be desired. The bearings I received were of average quality, and the pricing was somewhat competitive. It would be beneficial for the company to expand their product range and improve the quality of their offerings in order to enhance the overall customer experience.
