I purchased a bag from Days la and I must say, I'm a bit disappointed. The quality is not up to the mark and the design looks different from what I saw on their website. The customer service, however, was responsive and provided a refund for the product. I hope Days la improves their quality control to avoid such issues in the future. Overall, it was an average experience for me.
