I had an average experience with Db2 impress, inc. The website db2impress.com was easy to navigate and find the information I was looking for. However, I found the overall design of the site to be a bit outdated. The content was informative, but it could use some modernization. In terms of customer service, I received prompt responses to my inquiries, but the staff lacked enthusiasm. Overall, a decent company to work with.
