I recently signed up for internet service with Vexus fiber and my experience has been quite average. While the connection itself is stable and reliable, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I encountered some issues with my billing and it took multiple calls and a considerable amount of time to get them resolved. The representatives were not very responsive or helpful, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the pricing feels a bit on the higher side compared to other providers in the area. On the positive side, the internet speed is impressive and suitable for my needs. However, considering the lackluster customer service and the relatively high price, I would say my overall experience with Vexus fiber has been average at best.
