I am a CUSTOMER and I rate the company as average. Their website connectmidmissouri.com is decent but could use some improvements. The navigation is a bit confusing and it takes some time to find the information I'm looking for. The design looks outdated and could be more modern. However, the content is informative and they cover a wide range of topics. It would be great if they could work on improving the user experience.
